Responsibilities

• As a Databricks Engineer, I will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of data-driven solutions that empower our organization's decision-making processes.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient data pipelines using Databricks, Apache Spark, and other relevant technologies.
• Optimize and tune Databricks jobs and clusters for optimal performance and resource utilization.
• Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure the availability, reliability, and security of Databricks environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and analytics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Databricks and related technologies, and recommend improvements to existing processes.
• Document technical specifications, data flows, and implementation details for reference and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards.
