Preferred Qualifications: 

·       Knowledge of Good Clinical/Good Documentation Practices (GxP) processes. 

·       Knowledge of FDA guidelines for Software Quality, Systems Validation, and System Development Lifecycle.

·       Knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform.

·       Working knowledge of running scum calls and sprints

·       Scrum master certified

·       Working knowledge and experience in requirement gathering and documentation

·       Moderate understanding and knowledge of clinical information systems such as Electronic Data Capture (EDC), Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF), etc. 

·       Prior experience working in a complex global business environment. 

·       Organizational and project management skills. 

·       Possess sound judgment, initiative, flexibility, and detail-orientation. 

·       Ability to develop and maintain business and technical documentation. 

·       Competent in handling multiple tasks with attention to detail and performing duties with minimal supervision. 

·       Ability to adapt to new technologies within a rapidly changing environment. 

·       Demonstrates creativity to develop and implement innovative solutions and changes. 

·       Invests time in self-development/improvement, e.g., higher education, participation in developing and implementing solutions in areas outside of normal responsibilities, etc.
