Dear Friends of Project Everlast:

Thank you to those of you who have taken the time to complete the 2010 Project Everlast Environmental Scan.  We are still collecting responses!  This scan is an important part of evaluating the current landscape of foster care in our community.  If you haven’t completed it yet, please don’t miss this opportunity to share your input on the state of youth in transition to adulthood from foster care in our community.  We are currently lacking responses by young people in care and alumni of foster care – please make a special effort to share the link above with youth you encounter in your work as well as your colleagues.

Project Everlast works to create a supportive community that helps youth impacted by foster care establish connections to supports and lifelong relationships to successfully transition to adulthood. This initiative focuses on youth in foster care and alumni of the foster care system aged 14-24.

On behalf of myself and Bob Pawloski, coach of the Project Everlast Self Evaluation Team, we thank you for your attention to our third annual Environmental Scan Survey. Your responses are very valuable in evaluating our work thus far, the current service provision climate, and for analysis and use in data-based-decision-making by program staff, advisors and youth leaders that are engaged in program leadership. Please follow the link above to complete the 2010 Environmental Scan as soon as possible; the survey will close and responses will no longer be collected after November 30th.

If you have any questions regarding the survey, use of the data, or any other concern, please contact myself or Bob using the contact information below.

Thank you, again, for your time and attention to this important work.
