Hello, friends of Project Everlast!

 

Below is an excellent article on Trauma Informed Care.  While this article was written in regards to youth who experience homelessness, the information also pertains to youth in foster care and alumni of the foster care system.  I encourage you to take a few minutes to read it, even if it’s just a reminder of what you already know.
