New on PolicyforResults.org:
Youth Transitioning from Foster Care

Youth transitioning out of foster care and into adulthood face a number of challenges. These young people experience less desirable educational, economic, health and familial outcomes than their peers.

As part of its commitment to preparing youth to succeed in life, the Center for the Study of Social Policy (CSSP) has developed a new section on PolicyforResults.org that focuses specifically on youth transitioning from foster care.

In addition to facts about the issue, the new section includes a number of strategies for states to help provide older foster youth with the supports they need to be successful adults.
