Poisson's ratio in ChBeamSectionCosserat

I'm wondering why the variable poisson is subtracting 1.0 from the usual Poisson's ratio formula: https://github.com/projectchrono/chrono/blob/e84563ffb8d4322121951ac7f0f72c098f65950f/src/chrono/fea/ChBeamSectionCosserat.cpp#L87.

Hi,

since (at least in isotropic materials)  we have the shear modulus defined as

G = E/(2(1+v))

then it follows

v = E/2G - 1

as implemented in C++ in Chrono.

(but if I missed something, please report)
