Radial Boundary Conditions - FEA

Hello,

I am defining a circular cable with cartesian coordinates, and I would like to apply a radial boundary condition (allow displacement of the nodes only in the radial direction). I found the way to express one vector in a different coordinates system, but is there a way to switch coordinate system for my mesh so that the BCs I define are in cylindrical coordinates ?

I did not fin any demo doing this, so any help would be highly apprecieated.
