Compression of the cable element

Hello everyone:

I am new to this software and I want to know if this software can model a tension-only cable. When the cable is compressed , there should be no or pretty little internal force . If I can do this by changing E into 0 when the cable is compressed or by some other ways?

Chrono includes support for cable elements, modeled with ANCF.
