Demos Inquiry

Hello, 

I followed the instructions for installation found here. On the last step, only some of my demos run. For example, demo_ROBOT_Curiousity_SCM.exe just shows up as a black screen. I am attaching examples of what other demos look like for me. Any idea what the issue could be? Thank you.

Thank you for your response! I followed the instructions on that page, and it turns out that I do have DirectX installed. I searched dxdiag on my computer and I have the DirectX 12 version that corresponds with Windows 10. Any other possibilities? Thanks for your help.

Vanessa, your snapshots show that you indeed have DirectX installed but some shaders are missing or corrupted.

The easiest way to handle this kind of issues is to uninstall DirectX and reinstall a fresh copy.
