Impact: Clients visiting your site may have their connection to the site timeout or see an error message about the site being down.
Description: There will be scheduled downtime from our upstream provider for infrastructure upgrades. Downtime is expected to be 5 minutes but may extend to 10 if they need to roll back. It will occur sometime between 10PM and 10:30PM PT on Nov 4th. 4 hours later (2AM PT), there may be another brief outage.
