Cost of the project

Hi abhishek

We are unable to find the total fixed & variable cost of the application and the operation. Since you are in the industry, can you find out the approximate figures? 

As per me the major fixed cost will be:

1. The application development cost

2. Cloud database setting up cost

3. infrastructure, Building, Furniture & IT systems costs

4. Call center equipment costs

5. Registration & Approval fees

Variable costs may be as following

1. Application customer care team

2. Cloud monthly fees

3. Application development & improvement team

4. Employee salaries

5. Sales allowances & activities Costs

If I missed out anything please help me add.
