What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. download the game
2. go through setup steps until it gets to the 'installing' screen
3.will give you the error i received, see attached picture.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected the download and installation to work fine so i could play the
game, but instead i got an error message and whenever i launch the game it
immediately crashes.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am using P6014_v0.2.1_win_installer.exe

Please provide any additional information below.

See the picture for detail of my problem. I am an Ur-Quan masters fan and
would like to be able to play the game. long live Frungy.
