Hi,
It's official. The next TEDx Comox Valley event has been scheduled and
confirmed. Tell one, tell all...

ICV (Imagine Comox Valley) proudly presents the 2nd TEDx event in our
community:

* Theme - Economics and Environment
* 1st Guest Speaker - Neil K. Dawe: steady state economy an answer to
environmental degredation
* 2nd Guest Speaker - Michael Linton: open money and community
currencies - developing a mutually beneficial relationship betweeen
non-profits and local business
* TED Talk - come and find out
* Cost: $10 (50% payable in cw$, the Valley's own community currency) -
some of the proceeds will be going to the Qualicum Institute
* Ticket sales: Tickets will be on sale from 6pm at REEL Films (1 hour
before the event) and given on a first come, first serve basis.
* There will be a cash bar offering beer and wine.
