Cooking for the Estuary

Hi,
Project Watershed's Estuary Gala is coming up Saturday the 29th and we
have a bunch of delicious local food items that need to be turned into
entrees, appetizers etc... for our buffet. The gourmet chef Dawn McRae
has made a menu and will be showing volunteers how to prepare the dishes
- like a cooking course you don't have to pay for! So we are looking for
volunteers who would be interested. Volunteer chef's will need to be
available 12:00pm til 5:00pm May 29th, preparation will happen on site
at the Fish and Game Hall at Comox Lake. Space is limited to six more
volunteers. Please email volu...@projectwatershed.bc.ca or call
250-703-2871 if you would like to volunteer for this event. Car pooling
to the Hall can be arranged.
