Subject: parks and greenways plan open house flyer for distribution

Hi everyone,

Attached is a flyer with the dates of the parks and greenways strategic plan open houses. Please forward the flyer to your networks. We would like to see people at the open houses as there will also be a short 10 minute presentation every hour and a chance to ask questions for clarification and engage in dialogue with staff and resource group members. Attendance of open houses is also taken as a measure by elected representatives of how much people care about something.

However, I appreciate that people are busy and have other commitments. For those unable to attend one of the open houses, the open house information panels and a survey will be posted on our web site at www.comoxvalleyrd.ca/parksplan by Wednesday, Sep. 8.
