Fwd: Video that all our teachers should watch

Though i have watched this video ( Refer video link of youtube) before,  it raises many questions, which generates lot of discomfort on schooling and education.What can be done? to remain as a mute spectator or to overhaul the system of education? it is a real dilemma. What needs to be done?
