Updates and new look to the blog

We have updated a few things on the website including making icons and larger text for the links to the forums and News Blog.  The News blog has a new look as well - we feel it looks a little cleaner!  

We have tried to look at the task of building a new forum but all of them appear to require secondary logins rather like Google groups,  so at the moment the research continues as we would like to be able to offer one login to the site with no extra login to the forum.  The other requirement is to keep maintenance as simple as possible and to be able to avoid spam.  At present Google groups does a rather good job on both these accounts.
