Hi Sreeram,

I am happy to inform you that GC has approved the proposal to support ZPHS velkatur school. We have approved a total fund of 37950 INR. 

We are happy to inform you all that in collaboration with Gates Foundation , we are implementing this school project. We would like to extend our gratitude to all the members of the foundation especially Rajib , Janardhar and  Srinivas for approving this project and granting 25000 INR to support the school needs. 

As requested by Sreeram , I would be implementing this project along with Sreeram support and will share all the bills and actual invoice to both the teams. Amount of 25000 + 37950 = 62950. 

An amount of 62950 INR has been transferred to my Account and I acknowledge that I have received the same to implement this school project. 

Attached is the Invoice created with the sanctioned items.

Hi All,

ZPHS Velkatur school project was implemented on Nov 25th  successfully by me , Anil & Sreeram and all the requirements approved were handed over to the principal and school staff.

Total of 62500 INR was approved for this project , and the School principal requested a math kit . As there was an additional amount (6965 Rs) left over ( from the ZPHS Magdumpur school project), the same was reused to procure Math kit. Total amount spent on this project is 69319 INR. Additionally I added 1254 Rs as a personal contribution for this project for the math kit. 

Once again , I would like to thank Sreeram for proposing this project and Anil for supporting this during the implementation of the project. Thank you all the members for your continued support.
