Latest version of Chrome not compatible with existing versions of Pinniped

Dear Pinniped users, 

Unfortunately, the latest version of Chrome includes a change that is not compatible with existing versions of Pinniped. We plan to implement a fix in the Pinniped CLI as soon as possible.
