Switching context does not switch user

Current config:

Using the above config file, octant starts fine and displays everything for the current context. 

If I use Octant and switch context to  HCC_oap-omms-ofeuat-mt-prj1 it is still using the user associated with the  HCC_oap-omms-stage-mt-prj1 context?
