The Training Datasets

Hi, 

I stumbled on Monai and I'm fascinated by how it works. I've been able to figure some things out except how the training datasets were made.

I saw a document from Medical Decathlon which explained a few things about the dataset. However, I would like clarity on how the datasets were made and how the labels were made.

Did you get to the bottom of this? I've just begun implementing MONAI myself and am running into a problem with my own labelled data.
