【IMP】关于艾滋病日活动的安排

Hi all,

关于即将到来的艾滋病日活动有OC和PBOX manager我问详细情况， 这里我统一说明一下：

Q1、我的LC需要参加么？

有7个LC之前收到了渣打的HIV FUND，这7个LC必须参加艾滋病日活动

另外有一些其他LC也积极报名，针对这些LC也会有一些subsidy及reward，详细情况见后面。

而目前报名的LC+必须参加的LC名单如下：

BJTU    DUT    RUC       ZJU   SISU    UNNC   GDUFS    

CQU    JLU      NJU    Qingdao  XJTU

Q2、要做些什么活动， 有什么要求？

1\ (Required)有一个成形活动载体, 具体形式不做特别要求 但主题必须是HIV/AIDS

     比如说和东珍合作的这次海报展（安全套主题，例图见下 ），或者像BJTU跟学校心理学老师合作 借个场地做一个同伴教育的讲座  或者像UNNC跟青协合作发个避孕套、搞个路演什么的都是挺好的形式~

2\ (Required) 有一个明显的标题横幅或海报, 体现"AIESEC&渣打——世界艾滋病日特别行动"之类的字样或LOGO， 希望让大家知道 这是AIESEC和渣打合办的一个活动，一方面是渣打的partnership维护 有利于来年再给project申请资金赞助，另一方面是somehow其实也有利于AIESEC在校园的branding，为来年CI打下基础。

• 横幅上最好是红色底白色字（可以绕成红丝带， 拍照比较有视觉冲击力 O(∩_∩)O~）
• 收集参与者的签名，签在横幅或海报上，多多益善  

3\ (Required) “关于HIV 我想说...” 系列照片征集

   这个其实执行起来很简单，照片画面是这样的：

   一个人 手里拿着一张白纸板 上面写着TA想说的有关艾滋的一句话 

   就这样 ：） 这个微博宣传应该效果挺好的~ 类似的活动大家应该也见过

Q3, 活动时间？

具体活动安排请LC尽快确定 我今明两天会一一和负责人联系确定你们目前的方案 

执行时间： 11月底-12月7日 

12月10日前上交report （简单文字+3张以上图片即可）

Q4、那MC或渣打会给什么support呢？

• 对于BJTU/ DUT/ RUC/ ZJU/ SISU/ UNNC /GDUFS这7个LC, 渣打之前的5000￥Red Wing fund已发, 希望LC能好好利用这笔资金，完成本次活动，在项目report提交后会有另外5000￥refund下发， 前提是report通过审核。
• 对于CQU    JLU      NJU    Qingdao XJTU 刚刚报名参加的LC ，当然不能让你们倒贴钱做活动，会有专门针对本次活动的一笔subsidy给到大家。先是500￥的材料费用在12月1日前打到LC账户用于横幅印制之类的经费， 在项目完成后 挑选出3个LC 会有1000￥~3000￥现金reward，5选3的几率还是很高的。
• 另外材料支持上 主要就是东珍和德国大使馆这边的condom系列海报（真是太可爱了 哈哈~） 不过刚刚了解到 我们申请得有点晚， 他们的海报有限 只能提供给7个LC用， 我按照先后顺序分配， 目前可以在后面两天收到海报的LC有以下几个：BJTU CQU DUT RUC ZJU JLU XJTU 那么其他LC可以自己去innovate一些活动 就比较flexible了~
