Hi 大家！

7月natco上我有一个workshop 和一些人分享了RUC的标准操作流程

这是在我们的Mini P 威逼利诱下 写出来的写的还挺辛苦 

如果都能执行下来 我觉得会对我们的流程化管理以及member/TL induction 有好处 

大致包括project flow，trainee management，KM，blablabla 不一定面面俱到

但比较具体的写到了每个过程中需要注意的事项以及需要准备的文件 

所以想分享给大家 供LC参考啦~
