If you can push your 60% trainee to hand in trainee survey before 31st of Oct and meet recommendation rate standard(80%), we will consider to give your refund as well.
- For some LCs which didn't meet minimum recommendation rate, please check trainee feedback carefully and improve your local situation.
P.S. 鉴于summer peak的特殊情况,我们是九月份开始进行trainee survey收集,故将时间宽限并且将standard降低到60%。从九月份开始的realization,需要trainee survey提交比例达到80%以上才可以进行refund!

Why do you recommend this internship or not?
Yes:
The job is easy, but the knowledge gained is very beneficial. And I got to work with locals, where the cultural exchange is enhanced.
I strongly recommend this internship because it provides useful professional experience, wide network, it contributes to our personal development and also has a great positive impact to the local society.
It was challenging working with kids, but at the same time it was very growing experience. The cultural skock was big!
I've talked to Eps of other projects and definitely recommend Hope of the future projest as the best choice! Such an experience! Such team! Such students! You'll never regret!
No:
Nothing came true of the internship. The TN-description was one big lie and it turned out to be that no one could make their promises come true .
Definitely not. AIESECers weren't helpful at all. They provided to most of the LPs conditions below minimum and they did nothing to change it.
How do you think we can improve our project quality and trainee experience management?
Don't put out fate TN-forms, only promise things when you can realise them.
There should be AIESECers that are able to stay in touch with the trainees and meet up with them. Furthermore it would be helpful to have some material for the actual content of the lessons, like examples or something. Some things are rather vague (e.g. what exactly is meant with "thinking out of the box"?)
really need to improve in planning,management,and communication. they have limited members so really hard for them to organize such exchange program.
Could you share your internship experience to us in 200 words?
One of the most developing experiences in AIESEC. I learnt a lot about myself, my country and even more about China. Met wonderful people and realized a bit of positive impact on society, which was just the begining for the change that I wanna make in the world.
It was really great experiences and i am really enjoyed, loved and miss this project. AIESEC ZJU is the best team i ever met. I never imagined I have experiences in this project. No one will forget kind of project like this. I met a lot of new people, they are really nice and amazing. I also had experiences in leadership and teamwork. Even after this project was ended, I can not forget it and I felt really sad. it is because i do not want to loose them. The most important thing from these project is about the experiences, leadership, teamwork, and best friends!!
My summer in China was the best summer in my life. I was able to work and have a lot of fun at the same time! Not only was I a teacher during this time, but I was also a student, because I learned so much from my Chinese friends and my students! The cultural sharing was simply amazing and I developed a profound understanding of the Chinese culture. In addition to that I was able to further develop my own skills. I probably repeat myself by saying that I spent the most amazing time of my life in China, but it's just the way it is. ;-)
At first, it was really difficult for me.It took a while to get used to everything (weather, trainee house, Chinese cousine, etc) but after a while,with the help of Chinese buddies i got use to live there and it just turned into an amazing experience!Chinese buddies were so helpful and cheerful all the time.If the working hours , the work we did and the house we stayed were a little bit better, everything would be much much better.But, anyway, it was an amazing experience!!!

本次survey分析总共来自13个LC共81份样本。
整体来看project national recommendation rate达到84%,基本合格。
大部分指标都在3~4评分左右,有很大提高空间。(目标分数 4分以上)
从trainee的反馈来看主要问题还是集中在JD和之前的TN Form不符合,Project Management上面的问题。这一定程度也体现出目前全国还有不少Project还处于不够成熟的阶段,项目资源、筹划、运行和沟通等等都有待提高。
同时从trainee story提交中,80%以上的trainee都认可在china的experience,主要吸引点是去了不同的地方,culture difference,social positive impact。感谢你们在这个summer为他们带来的life-changing experience! You are the change agentJ
但是从七八月份314个realization来看只有81份trainee survey的提交比率25.8%还相对较低,离目标80%还有不少距离。这其中一部分原因取决于大部分survey是realization结束之后才展开,联系实习生困难,一部分原因是Local尚未建立起trainee survey调查机制和习惯。这也是之后随着定期工作的开展希望从local建立的,正常流程应为在trainee尚未离开中国实习生即将结束之前先让trainee填好survey。
我们之后会依托new financial model建立每月的trainee survey analysis以及对外发布,同时建立LC project quality和trainee management评估机制。以此来完善Project的质量监控体制。并且同步把LC survey结果分别发给每个LC,帮助LC进行项目多方评估以及提高。
Quality Control以及trainee management的任务任重而道远,希望从我们这一届可以开个好头!
