Role : Big Data Engineer ( (Look for AWS, Redshift, EMR, Spark , Scala, Big Data as primary skills)

Location :  Parsippany, NJ 

Primary Skills :     AWS, Redshift, EMR, Spark , Scala, Big Data  

Job Description (include number of years of experience required, technical skills & detailed responsibilities)

 

Experience in Scala programming with EMR, continuous integration and build tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.) is desirable

Strong Experience in AWS (SSH, EMR, S3, Lambda, Redshift, EC2, etc.) Cloud Services

Experience with Database services on cloud such as AWS Redshift is required, including loading into Redshift

Experience with performance/scalability tuning, algorithms and computational complexity

Should be well versed with latest AWS & big data trends/tools

Experience in Apache Spark including Spark Batch, Spark SQL etc.

Experience working with APIs – desirable

Should be a self starter and be able to learn things quickly.

Should be a team player and be contributing to various ideas to solve a problem

Experience in Scala programming with EMR, continuous integration and build tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.) is desirable

Strong Experience in AWS (SSH, EMR, S3, Lambda, Redshift, EC2, etc.) Cloud Services
