Location    : Cedar Rapids, IA (Remote till covid)
Duration    : Long Term – contract

Experience Level: 8+ Years

Job Description:

Mandatory and good to have skill set

·         Mandatory – ServiceNow CMDB and Service Discovery/Cloud Discovery experience

·         Good to have skills - Experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow Discovery and Cloud Discovery. Should have hands-on experience on Discovery tools ,Service watch , Service mapping in the CMDB. Create and maintain ATFs

Keywords – ServiceNow CMDB and Service Discovery/Cloud Discovery experience

 Roles and responsibility –

·         Experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow Discovery and Cloud Discovery.

·         Maintain CI class, attribute, and relationship properties for all CIs.

·         Maintain data certifications and a CMDB health dashboard

·         Perform day to day administration of the ServiceNow Service Mapping/Discovery tool, including mapping additional defined business services into the tool and updating discovery configurations
for deeper network penetration.

·         Provide visibility to Discovery's performance and issues via the development and deployment of unified CMDB dashboards.
