Role : ServiceNow Developer with SAM

Location : Columbus, OH

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

 Need a candidate with experience in SAM implementation in ServiceNow.

Job Description:

·         Experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules-  CMDB, Asset Management and implementation of discovery

·         Understanding of CI/Asset classes and Model categories

·         Understanding of all the four phases of ServiceNow discovery (Scan, identify, classify and exploration)

·         Must have configuration and deployment knowledge of MID server in customer infrastructure

·         Good understanding of networking and OS (Unix and Windows) basics

·         Knowledge of discovery schedules and discovery IP range sets

·         Basic understanding on Virtual platforms & storage devices

·         Understanding on type of credentials required to discover different IT components in an infrastructure

·         Should have implemented Asset management (which includes Hardware asset management and Software asset management) for at least one customer

·         Good understanding on Software counters, entitlements and Models

·         Any external tools integration experience with ServiceNow CMDB using web services (SOAP, REST) or other methodologies like JDBC or ODBC

·         Hands on experience in analyzing, designing, developing/writing, and managing ServiceNow core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change or Service Request.

·         Should have good understanding of Import sets and Transform maps

·         Experience with any other discovery tools like HP uCMDB, Zenoss core, Nagios etc. would be a plus

·         Any prior experience with Asset Management tools like Altiris, Manage Engine Asset explorer  etc. would be a plus

·         ServiceNow Implementation certification would be a plus
