Job Title    : Snowflake Data Engineer

Location    : Cedar Rapids, IA (Remote Till Covid)

Duration    : Long Term – contract

Experience Level: 10+ Years

Job Description:

·         Will be responsible for designing and implementing Snowflake data warehouse infrastructure and pipelines.

·         Snowflake SQL Writing SQL queries against Snowflake Developing scripts Unix, Python to ETL (Extract, Load, and Transform) data

·         Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities such as SnowSQL, SnowPipe, Python, Tasks, Streams, Time travel, Optimizer, Metadata Manager, data sharing, and stored procedures.

·         In-depth understanding of Data Warehouse, ELT concept and modeling structure principles

·         Experience with AWS Cloud infrastructure concepts and its services and integrations to Snowflake.

·         Experience with data governance, data quality, master data management

·         Owns and drives various mass data cleansing projects that would involve correcting inaccurate data, filling missing data, merging duplicates and building account hierarchy relationships.

·         Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills

·         Experience with implementation of global master data and data Quality projects.
