Role: Software Engineer (Python) with React, Redux, AL/ML exp.
Location: Santa Clara, CA || Day One Onsite
Duration: Long Term Contract
Client is looking for a resource:
who has hands-on experience in React, Redux frontend, Python scripting and implementing AI/ML use cases.
Python development skills with React front end is a must and Machine learning experience will be an added advantage.
To be successful in this role the candidate must have the below skill proficiency.
• Should have good experience in React, Redux frontend
• Strong knowledge on python Scripting
• Experience implementing AI/ML use cases
• Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
The role typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
• Lead the development and implementation of client software projects, ensuring that all project objectives are met within budget and timeline
• Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, including timelines, milestones, resources, risks and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delegating tasks as needed while maintaining overall responsibility for successful completion.
• Drive the architecture discussions and ensure the right architecture has been designed.
• Monitor project performance, analyze results and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Identify potential issues and develop solutions to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, goals and technical requirements.
• Ensure the process has been followed through out the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure that features are implemented correctly and meet quality standards
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each project including scope, timeline, budget and resource allocation
• Analyze data from tests & experiments to measure success and make recommendations for future improvements.
• Drive the initiatives when and where it is required.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure client products remain matured
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Juniors
• Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
• Provide guidance and support to team members through out the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Engage closely with Engineering teams to determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule.
• Synthesize and drive product strategy from interactions with customers, business stakeholders,
• Launch solutions that solve customer challenges.
Further responsibilities includes:
• Technical Design (partner with tech leads)
• Product Design (partner with product managers)
• Overall Strategy (partner with senior management)
• Code Reviews
• Code Contribution
