Job Description

• Minimum 8+ years of test automation experience using Selenium / Web services
• In-Depth knowledge on test automation concepts, estimation & delivery management
• In-depth knowledge on working with test automation frameworks , creating / modifying the automation frameworks
• 3 + years professional experience with Java – with demonstrated ability to read, write and modify core Java projects / start from scratch.
• 5 + years’ experience using Selenium for test automation, extensive exposure to selenium architecture and automation components
• 5 + years’ experience automating BOTH web and windows client applications
• 5 + years’ experience utilizing the testNG, BDD framework (JBehave/Cucumber) for test automation
• 4 + years’ experience performing web service automation. Need to have Rest Assured OR Postman OR SOAPUI automation experience
• 3+ years’ experience performing database validation automation
• 3+ years’ experience working in Agile methodology
• Experience in mobile test automation using appium
• Extensive experience in handling the onshore offshore model / delivery from offshore
• Demonstrated experience using Jenkins to automate testing processes
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Maven or Gradle
• Previous experience working within a Technology Department for a commercial airline preferred.
• Experience in testing practices, handling Code repository and test management tools

ABILITIES/ WORK STYLE: 

• Ability to analyze and resolve problems of moderate to high complexity, requiring strong knowledge of systems and software technologies.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, solution development, and implementation within specific technology areas.
• Strong partnering, negotiation, and communication skills in working with Business Customers and Technology support.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, practices, concepts, and technologies obtained through formal training and/or work experience.
• Strong knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
• Able to prioritize effectively and take on multiple concurrent assignments, whether administrative or project related, while maintaining a successful level of completion in all responsible work.
• Able to develop, present, and effectively communicate ideas and strategies in both technical and user-friendly language to a variety of audiences.
• Additional job skills include, but are not limited to: strong written, oral and interpersonal communications skills; and strong analytical/creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based, Customer service oriented environment with a high regard for hospitality.
• Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.
