Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Location: Strong Technical expertise in Business Objects MSBI Power BI Responsible for the project tasks assigned Initiate escalation procedure for incidents based on the agreed upon timelines and tracks it to closure Manage queue effectively and allocate tasks to the team based on an allocation plan Candidate with good communication skills and customer handling skillsLeading the project from Onshore and be a single point of contact for customer Strong Technical expertise in Business Objects MSBI Power BI Responsible for the project tasks assigned Initiate escalation procedure for incidents based on the agreed upon timelines and tracks it to closure Manage queue effectively and allocate tasks to the team based on an allocation plan Candidate with good communication skills and customer handling skills Leading the project from Onshore and be a single point of contact for customer
