  • 10 to 15 years of experience working in  call center / collaboration / telephony platforms in a Cloud or On-Premises environment
  • Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • Planning and monitoring.
  • Variance analysis.
  • Understanding on BFS Domain.
  • Working knowledge on Contact centre and its functioning.
