Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

At least 3 years experience in Windows workstation and server operating systems at the OS level 

At least 3 years experience in office suites Google Workspace preferred 

At least 1 year experience with relational databases, SQL Server preferred 

At least 1 year experience supporting server and workstation analytics software such as Tableau 

Familiarity with IT networking principles
