Job Description Essential Skills SFDC Business Analyst

Primary Skills 

• At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology

• At least 8 years of experience as a business analyst on progressively complex solutions, especially in CRM.

• At least 6 years of experience with Salesforce.com.

• Must have through knowledge about Salesforce capabilities and functional flow. Should be able to clearly articulate requirements in Salesforce fitment and format.

• Extensive Salesforce configuration and Administration experience. Working knowledge of Salesforce customization and development using technologies

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Experience of client interviews / JAD sessions / requirements workshop execution

• Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud certification

• Agile knowledge" 

Secondary Skills "• Client Interviews/JAD

Sessions/requirement workshop execution

• UAT planning and coordination, help in

End User Training

• Organize Show and Tell Sessions

• Work with technical delivery team and

coordinate with them"
