Location : Denver, CO (need onsite from day one)

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:    

MUST HAVE : Telecom Domain EXP MUST    

• Candidate must have experience in Production Incident Management in Provisioning & Activation areas of telecom domain.
• This role is to manage Incidents coming from end customers analyze it find options to fix the issues, or assign it to right team to get it fixed.
• Candidate must understand Tools and functional flow of Provisioning & Activation vertical in Telecom domain.
• Experience like end-to-end testing or development from Provisioning & Activation domain knowledge is must.
• Must understand Singe Customer Issues and ticket triaging is primary duty of this
