Role: Database Developer
Location: Durham, NC
Skills/Knowledge/Experience
· 4 or more years of good technical database skills within Sybase, Oracle and SQL server
· Expert-level SQL, PL/pgSQL, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views
· Strong DDL, DML skills with proven credentials in SQL performance tuning
· 4 or more years of working experience in Informatica including the creation of mappings/workflows, data load, tuning and debug/fix
· 2 or more years of the working experience with JAVA technology
· Familiar or working experience with Cloud migration, Agile methodology and CI/CD
· Working experience with Git/Stash code repository
· Working experience with scheduling tools, preferably Control-M
Additional Skills
· JAVA / Python
· Hands-On experience on Open-source reporting tools like Tableau, Qlikview, Jasper
· Experience with stored proc conversion from Sybase/Oracle to SQL server
· Experience with installing and maintaining software applications/products.
