Role : Data Analyst (SQL)

Location : Denver, CO (needs to be onsite from Day 1 – No remote work option)

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in creating reports from SQL databases
• Data being reported on is new and therefore will require research and working with IT partners to identify accurate queries
• Excellent technical skills including strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Splunk is preferred
• Expert understanding of database normalization and knowledge in designing dictionaries for Nextgen Reporting
• Provide database development including the creation of stored procedures, triggers, functions and packages, as required.
• Able to analyze, script and run scripts for correcting customer, order and service data.
• Provide database development including the creation of stored procedures, triggers, functions and packages, as required
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment with many unexpected requests
• Solid understanding of the tasks involved in the day-to-day operation, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong sense of responsibility – willing to take ownership of issues
• Knowledge in System security best practices
• Able to define and produce reports based on loose business criteria (that is, must be able to understand how the data is used.
