Job Description:
• 5 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, end to end implementation of ITSM modules like CMDB, Change Management, Incident Management, Service Catalog etc. in large and medium scale environments.
• Hands on experience in client and server-side scripting using Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, user administration.
• Sound knowledge of glide APIs used in Java Script to implement advanced features in ServiceNow.
• Strong experience in implementing integrations with ServiceNow using web services like SOAP and REST.
• Good hands-on experience in creating complex workflow in workflow editor and flow designer.
• Performance optimization of ServiceNow platform and discovery.
• Customization and Administration of Service Now Core Modules
• Functional experience of CMDB and Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management.
• Good understanding of Access Control using ACLs.
• Data importing using Import Sets (Data Source/Import Sets/Transform Maps)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administration
• ITIL Foundation Certified
7 Years of exp with the following:
1. Service Now Certified System Administration
2. HAM pro
3. Scripting
