Job Roles / Responsibilities:
2. Job Summary : Works with the business team to identify the right business problem and gather the requirements
Present initial results to business stakeholders and identify the next steps
Involved in requirements analysis and sizing by creating, grooming, and sizing features and user stories for new requirements
Involved in creating Program Increment/Sprint plans and attending daily scrum calls
Responsible for providing timely status as per the guidelines
Understand coding best practices / guidelines
Estimating engineering work effort for engineering team and effectively identifying and
prioritizing the high impact tasks
Conducting design and code reviews to ensure code developed meets coding best
practices guidelines, unit testing, security, and scalability and maintainability guidelines
Developing front end website architecture
Designing user interactions on web pages
Developing back end website applications
Creating servers and databases for functionality
Ensuring responsiveness of applications
Working alongside graphic designers for web design features
Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
Designing and developing APIs
Develop reusable patterns and encourage innovation that will enhance team velocity
