Must have: Strong Retail domain experience (Retail POS/Sales/Direct to consumer).
'Need a project Manager to manage Retail projects Maintaining the weekly KPI status reports in conducting the client governance calls on reviewing the team performance Responsible for maintaining the Knowledge Database by documenting frequent issues and workarounds for resolution at first line and in creating Knowledge Articles Driving key operational services such as Problem management and Change Management Excellent Communication Skills Written and Spoken with ability to conduct L3 level troubleshooting in the application systems He/She should act as POC for L3 issues reported by support or user Responsible for debugging of issues reported by our internal external customers and providing timely resolution and coordinate with devproduct team in getting resolution as and when required
