Role: Project Manager/Scrum Master with Data Analytics & Oracle implementation Exp.
Location: Hybrid - Dayton Beach, Florida (Should visit client for 3-5 days in a month)
Duration: 6+ Months
- 10-12+ years overall experience, 7+ yrs of hands-on experience as Project Manager with Data Analytics & Oracle implementation experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Project Management skills like planning, estimation, project execution, reporting, risk management, stakeholder management
- Should have strong experience in Implementation of projects end to end
- Should have good knowledge on executing and managing projects both Fixed Bid and T&M Model
- Should have executed projects per SDLC & Scrum/Agile methodology.
- Should possess Strong Communication skills.
- Experience in RFP/RFQ preparation is a plus
- Should possess Stakeholder Management skills.
- Should be able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Extensive experience in Agile methodologies
- Manage project team members including tracking delivery, helping resolve technical hurdles, analyzing project skill-gap and guiding them ramp-up
- Learning mindset to work with Project and Practice teams and resolve project hurdles.
- Should possess good Presentation Skills.
