Role : Siebel Data Integration Consultant
Location : Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL
Visa : NO H1 Transfers
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
· Develop end-end integrations between Siebel and other interfacing applications using Oracle, PLSQL tools. Troubleshoot Siebel application and modify coding to enhance user requirement.
· Conduct discussion with the customer on the requirements and provide estimation and the feasible solution using the best-fit modules of Siebel.
· In depth understanding of Siebel Data Model and EIM related areas
· Document and revise Functional and Technical design documents, coding standards, test procedures, and quality standards.
· Document business requirements in the Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and write the Test Scripts to facilitate Internal and User acceptance testing.
· Troubleshoot EIM issues to restore normal functioning.
· Test, maintain, and monitor Data Load programs .
· Coordinate the UAT with Business and Cross teams and document any issues raised in the Issue tracking tool.
· Develop project plan and track Milestones. Update the project status and milestones in the Project Tracker for review by the Management.
· Coordinate with the Business users to identify any production issue and resolve it. Track any Production issue requiring code change in the Tracker tool for future release.
· Specify inputs and outputs and the external keys to interact with the business application system that need to sync with the Siebel application
