IVR Test Automation
Location: Whippany NJ Onsite
Duration:6 months
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts for the IVR system.
Verify and validate performance and reliability of the IVR system.
Execute and analyze test results to identify and report system defects.
Troubleshoot and debug system issues.
Liaise with development teams to ensure that defects are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Monitor system performance and generate reports to track progress.
Work with other teams to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
Provide guidance and training to team members on automated testing procedures.
Ensure customer experience is error-free by implementing best practices.
Develop and document testing plans and processes.
