Information Systems Architect with Banner ERP exp.
Clemson, SC || Day One Onsite

This job is primarily an onsite role. You will be required to work at an onsite location. This position may allow up to 25% remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ERP technology solutions that align with our organization's business objectives
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define technology roadmaps and long-term plans
- Engage with business units and IT teams to understand their needs and requirements
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT architecture, ensuring the security and integrity of systems and data
Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of extensive experience with:
- Designing system and application architectures in a higher education environment
- Deploying and operating complex computing systems and applications
- 6 years of experience with:
- Scripting language
- IT industry which includes multi-tiered architectures, enterprise applications, evaluation of emerging technologies, networks, data management systems, and hardware systems
- Deep understanding of security tools, architectures, and best practices to protect enterprise applications
- Must be able to create scripts and small programs to help automate infrastructure deployments
- Knowledge and experience with relational database systems
- Knowledge and experience with network equipment including load balancers and firewalls
- Experience in higher education setting data center (or IT department in higher education setting)
Education/Certifications:
- High school diploma – experience is preferred over formal education
