Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Experience planning, developing and accessing training based on user needs
· Experience in developing training videos including video and audio editing (Camtasia preferred)
· Experience in creating soft skills and professional development material
· At least five years of software documentation and/or training creation experience
· Knowledge of SAP software products
· Must be able to document both technical and non-technical applications
· Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills
· Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to learn new software quickly
