Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product, engineering and other domain teams to understand features, system analysis, discover dependencies, evaluate vendor tools, to design and develop the product.
Coordinating and driving E2E product development from idea to market readiness.
Being able to identify the dependent tools/processes and coordinate across the board and solve through challenges.
Working with software engineers to build and release the product.
Detail data analysis, able to query SQL Server and other RDBMS tools to analyze the data and provide solutions to the development team.
Analyzing test results, being a vocal proponent in every phase of the development process.
Documenting the business and data flow of the system.
Should be able to demo the product to business and vendor partners.
Working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science or similar, plus 8+ years of experience
8+ years of hand on experience in System analyst role for wealth management, Trading, Banking, Capital markets industry.
6+ years of leadership experience, leading multiple team initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent RDBMS skills to query and data analysis.
Great understanding of distributed systems and API based system architectures. Should be aware of using and concepts of REST APIs, messaging based integration etc.
