Job Roles / Responsibilities:
• Strong knowledge and Hands-on Experience in SAP SD
• Assess the Client’s requirements and study the current process impacts and remediation for SD.
• Analyses the SAP and Downstream/upstream system process impact and remediation.
• Must have worked in Upgrade and Implementation projects
• Should have experience on external interfaces.
• Should Understand the complete business process and provide the solution to meet the business needs.
• Should be able to closely work with the implementation team for the Defect Fixes and remediation.
• Should have good Root cause analysis skills
• Should have good presentation skill to demonstrate the functionality
• Should have a good analytical skill to understand and find out the root cause of the issues
• Ensure to communicate team progress to all stakeholders in terms of status reporting
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Experience in gathering business requirements with Business and External Customers
