Key note: Data Analyst with SQL knowledge and should be from HC background is a must
Job Description :
• Working closely with clients, business analysts and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and technical solutions (Data mapping).
• These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and in compliance with the organizations architectural standards
• Work with other business teams like Care Management, Value Partnerships etc. to identity Provider and membership reporting requirement and build a solution with the help of IT.
• Working on the effort of migrating claims information from SQL based CPDM to cloud based Informatics environment.
• Provide input to project plans related to the Application Development initiative.
Skills Needed –
• Good Communication Skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams.
• Able to work with clients and understand business/reporting requirements.
• Working knowledge of SQL Programming.
• Knowledge of SQL inbuilt functions like row number, rank, dense rank.
• Hands on experience creating SQL Stored Procedures, Functions
