Job Description:
- The OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) team is looking for a hands-on subject matter expert to provide support for development and operation activities across the enterprise.
- In this role, you will provide high-level technical support and sustaining engineering services to maximize uptime and reduce IT costs.
- You’ll work with customers, developers, architects and operations teams to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Other day-to-day work includes, but not limited to; scheduling of deployments, capacity management, triage of issues with the application teams and vendors, SME in specific products on the OCP platform, and platform upgrades/migrations.
