Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Job Summary : Oversee delivery of projects as project manager by managing scope, cost and quality
Proactively manage scope of a project, using the Scope Management Plan for the project.
Proactively manage project budget, using the Cost Management Plan for the project.
Proactively manage project communications, using the Communications Management Plan for the project
Develops an integrated baseline project schedule applying estimating models
Develop and Maintain of Project Management Artifacts, including Project Schedule, Project Risks, Issues, Actions and Decisions log (RAID), etc..
Track and Enforce the Application Development Project Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Oversee delivery of Standard Project Artifacts, including Business Requirements (BRD), Technical Requirements (TRD), etc.
Facilitate regular Project Team Status Meetings to update Project Management Artifacts, including Project Schedule, Project Risks, Issues, Actions and Decisions log (RAID), etc.
Development and Maintenance of a Project Cost and Resource Forecast
Identify and Acquire Resources for the Project based on the Concept Task Order (CTO)
Provide data for project metrics and perform analysis of the defined metrics (i.e. predefined metrics around defect SLAs, future to be defined metrics) – Critical Responsibility
Create Task Order for the Project, as well as, adding to the Task Order for Changes in the Project
Prepare and Communicate Project Status Report to project stakeholders, including EPMO Management
Participate in Project Review, including Quality Review and Audit
Adhering to using all Standard Project Management Processes, including Release and Deployment Management
Adhere to using the Standard Project Management Templates for all Project Management Deliverables
Update the PPM Portal to the correct Phase to match the current Project Phase per the Project Schedule
